Syria is often considered a breeding ground for Arab International Terrorist Organizations. In fact the 10 most deadly International Terrorist Organizations have bases in Syria and yet Syria does not deny this, as it states that it wants to be involved in the Peace Process between Israel and Hezbollah due the currently fighting and mini-war in Lebanon.

Al Queda is in Lebanon
News reports are saying that Al Qaeda is also in Lebanon. What is interesting about this is that it really is not news in the intelligence community and it has been known for a very long time. Syria also has many Al Qaeda in their country.

The Himalayas Hide More Than Sasquatch
THE beautiful pictures of the mountains are the only beautiful things there. THE rest is all
closet politics. VERY sad. IT is actually Buddism vs Communism vs Autocracy. The infrequent
use of the word Democracy is for show.

The World Is Nuts; UN at Fault for Hezbollah-Israeli War
There sure is a lot of spin going on in the media over the Hezbollah-Israeli war. Recently I read an article that stated that the world and the United Nations were at fault for the Hezbollah-Israeli war? That is utterly absurd because Hezbollah attacked Israel and how on earth could that be the rest of the world's fault.

Syria Working Very Hard to Re-Arm Hezbollah
Syria is working very hard to re-arm Hezbollah even since the Israelis have bombed the Beirut International Airport to prevent air-cargo planes from unloading more rockets and weapons. The Israelis have taken out all the major highways and bridges that go from Syria to Beirut and yet Syria continues to rearm Hezbollah with weapons.

Stop Driving and Start Drinking
We can put up with all the crap in this world because we are used to it. What we can’t put up with is the exorbitant cost of gasoline. It’s driving us to drink!

US Army Values Weapons Over Armor
US Army Values Weapons Over Armor
August 2nd, 2006 3:29PM California Time
In this first article, titled: 'Inside Source Says US Military Supplying Defective Protective Gear' we learned that the United States Army was at the time providing inadequate and defective bullet-proofing materials to our troops on the ground in Iraq.
The status of the provisions for our troops cited therein came after an enormous outcry on a nationwide level, demanding that the military provide our forces with the best protection available.
In the wake of the report regarding the materials obtained and utilized from Logistics Support Systems, my sources have informed me that the primary manufacturer of defense technology for US Aircraft (Helicopters specifically) has been replaced. I never received a response from Logistic Support Systems defending their product, or offering any sort of evidence to justify it's use in Iraq. Nor have I been able to independently verify that Logistics Support Systems was indeed the primary supplier of these defective and inadequate defense measures.

Rockets For Peace...
July 6th, 2006 8:07PM California Time
Is North Korea actually able to threaten the United States mainland with Nuclear Warheads?
Of course not, but it makes a great headline. In fact, in researching this article I found that every headline read similarly. The content of each article did not answer these questions with the 'YES!' that the titles implied.
First and foremost, the point:
The United States of America cannot dictate to sovereign nations (in this case North Korea) on whether or not the nation is allowed to test Rockets.
Why not? Well for one thing, we're testing them ourselves constantly. The picture above shows the launch of a highly classified spy satellite known only as NROL-22, launched on behalf of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO)

Democracy and the Next Generation of Public Servants
Developing the next generation of public servants takes a public commitment. Instilling in young people that public service is of prime importance is critical to the continuance of a democracy. Without their support who will be the future taxpayers, lawmakers or public servants? Where will future government staff facilitators come from so that future elected policy makers, overwhelmed by the vastness of their responsibilities and armed with only limited resources, can rely on honest and wise policy options suggest by those facilitators. Where is the training ground for the next generation of State and local government researches and staff?
